Domain of application:

The present general conditions of sale apply by right to all sales of services achieved by the Caryotype society.

Caryotype reserves the right to adapt or to modify the present general conditions of sale at all times. In case of modification, it will be applied to every order the general conditions of sales in use on the day of the order.  

All use of the Caryotype services implies the adhesion without reserves to the present general conditions of sale that prevail on all other conditions.

The user commits expressly to provide to Caryotype sincere and real information. These informations, transmitted in the setting of the orders, are necessary for the treatment, the consignment and the follow-up of the orders.

Caryotype reserves the right to suspend or to put an end, at all times, to the use of the service in case of violation by the user of the present conditions.  

The Caryotype offer:

Caryotype relay on its web site, www.planet-post.com, the propositions of selected independent people in different countries who proposes the consignment of post cards of which the texts and the coordinates of the recipients are seized on the www.planet-post.com site. The Caryotype society commits to transmit these informations to the contact in the country of origin, who will buy a post card, will recopy the texts and coordinates transmitted then will mail the card that will be routed through the intermediary of the postal services of the concerned countries.

The user is informed that the postcards and stamps presented on the www.planet-post.com site are examples and that the post cards and stamps really send will be different.    

Use of the service:  

To use this service the user should enter his/her name and first name as well as an valid e-mail address indispensable to send him an electronic invoice.

Payment of the benefit:  

The payment is done online by credit card with the secured system of payment of Paypal.

The Society Caryotype doesn't have any knowledge of information as the banking card number, because the transaction takes place on another site via a secured on line regulation service beneficiary.    

Tariff of the service:

The price of the service is the one that appears on the www.planet-post.com site on the day of the order. The user receives an invoice by email.

Delay of reception of the postcard:  

Once the order of post card is received by Caryotype, a mail is sent automatically to the contact of the chosen country. The contact has engaged himself to treat it into 48 hours to the maximum.      

These cards being routed by the postal services of the different countries concerned, the Society Caryotype is not therefore responsible for the routing delay.  

Right of recantation:  

The user is informed that, in accordance with the articles L. 121-20 and L. 121-20-2 of the French Code of the Consumption, he won't be able to benefit, from the delivery by Caryotype of the service, of the delay of 7 days starting to the date of acceptance of the offer and permitting to give up the Service insofar as he accepts that the setting to disposition of the service by Caryotype is done before the end of this delay of 7 days.    

Deontology to respect by the users:  

The users of the Caryotype service commit to not to send anonymous letter, insult or threat. The content of the documents sent by the users must not include any texts of racist, pornographic nature, child molester, terrorist, of violence, or all other content forbids by the law of the country sender and recipient. Caryotype reserves the right not to mail a mail in the enumerated previously cases and will be able to refer some to the authorities concerned in the cases foreseen by the law of the country sender and recipient.

The user cannot transmit information that contravene the rights of property, as texts, of commercial secrets, of internal or confidential information; this list is not restrictive.

Caryotype can't be held responsible of the content of a mail risking to carry prejudice to others, to a society, an organization, or any association.  

Confidentiality:  

The information transmitted on the www.planet-post.com site will only be used to assure the services described in the present general conditions, and won't be given up at third or to a society.  

The coordinates of recipients and senders are deprived and belong completely to the user. Only the user's e-mail will be able to be used by Caryotype to inform the user of new offers or to inform it of the use of the service.  

You have a right of access, modification, rectification and deletion of the data that concerns you (art. 34 of the "Computer law and Liberties" of January 6, 1978).  

You can, at anytime ask for the modification of your account while writing us to contact@planet-post.com

In no case your Email will be provided at a third party.

Litigations  

The present contract is submitted to the French right.

In absence of amicable solution, all litigation resulting from the interpretation of the present general conditions of sales, whatever is the place of delivery, will be the expertise of the jurisdictions of the Appeal court of Paris.
